On the Lighter Side

We are a congregation of 200 in Schuyler, Nebraska, a community of over 5,000 population in Eastern Nebraska.  The major industry in our community is Cargill Meat Solutions, a meat-packing plant which employs people not only locally, but from many countries and 4 different continents.  Having so much diversity in a small Midwestern town is one of our community's greatest challenges and, biblically speaking, can become our community's greatest strength.  Helping those in our area realize God's vision of love in the midst of so many cultural differences is the vision and work of our church.

We are located 18 miles east of Columbus, NE, a community of approx. 20,000. Two major cities within a drive of about one hour are our state capital, Lincoln, and Omaha.

Reverend Laura Hollister is our pastor and began her services with the church November 1, 2007.
